Corporate Group Sessions

Forest bathing, known as Shinrin Yoku, is a Japanese mindfulness practice that invites you to slow down and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest. A gentle, mindful way of connecting with nature using all your senses. It’s not a hike or workout, but a slow, calming wander that helps you relax, reset, and feel more present. It’s inquisitive, freeing and a non judgemental space. There are many physiological benefits such as lowering stress, boosting immunity and it gives you a lovely dose of serotonin- happy hormones!

Full day, Half day or 3hr experience covering less than a mile, at a time and date of your choice. Sessions can be hosted at a private, secluded woodland in Essendon, Hertfordshire or a location of your choice, provided you have the landowners permission.
